Ofsted Visit 15th-16th May 2013
The report following our full Ofsted inspection will be published after half term. I will send out more information when it is available.
I am not permitted to give the detail of the result of the inspection but I am pleased that the School received the better of the two likely outcomes and the inspection team agreed with the evaluation of the School and the Governing Body. This gives us the springboard as we approach academy status in the near future.
I should like to thank all of you who sent in messages of support. The Lead Inspector took particular note of those comments posted on the Ofsted website as they were overwhelmingly positive and supported what the inspectors saw during their two days. Without giving too many secrets away I know I can say how pleased we all are that the behaviour of students will come out particularly strongly in the report.
